What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture, textiles, and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I request fabric swatches before placing a custom order?
Absolutely. We encourage customers to order swatches to ensure the color and texture meet their expectations. You can request up to five complimentary swatches through our 'Material Samples' page.
